Yes, sir--trying to contact an account of mine regarding an ad running the next day. Jack used the telephone at my desk to call his sister, and when I had completed my call, he just motioned to me we were standing almost side-by-side, and he motioned to me to listen and held the phone up to my ear.

I didn't say a word then; no, sir.

She was--I recall one particular statement she made, she says, "My God, what do they want?" And--she sounded very upset. Of course. I couldn't tell whether she was crying or not, but I would assume she was, and I didn't say a word to her, and I just handed the phone back to Jack.

I believe he was trying to calm her down, but I don't recall any specific conversation.
